Yes. The app is free to download, and adding your photos costs nothing. You only pay when you order a printed book, from €27.95. There are no ads, and your photos stay private whether or not you ever order a book.
You add photos as they happen, a few at a time or a whole trip's worth. PYM keeps them in order. When a year or a trip is done, you choose a cover and order. The book is made from what you already added, so there is no project to finish.
A printed book starts from €27.95, depending on format and page count. Delivery to your door takes six working days. You see the full price before you confirm your order. Formats and sizes are in the app.
Only you, unless you invite someone. Your photos are private by default: only the people you add to an album can see them, and there are no public profiles. A printed book goes to the address you give.
Nothing happens. Add a photo later from your camera roll, or leave the day open. There are no streaks to keep and nothing to catch up on. People have kept PYM going for more than ten years precisely because a missed day is just a missed day.
